Check Your Relationship Satisfaction in 7 Questions

Relationship Satisfaction

The questions below are from a well-known relationship assessment tool created by Hendrick1. It uses seven questions to measure general relationship satisfaction. Each question will be answered using a 5-point scale ranging from 1 (low satisfaction) to 5 (high satisfaction).

This tool, called the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS), has been well-tested by researchers to accurately measure relationship satisfaction. However, the tool is being provided here for informational purposes. You cannot fully evaluate a relationship using this tool alone. Higher scores using this relationship satisfaction tool do not necessarily mean that your relationship is doing well, and lower scores do not necessarily mean there are problems. If you are concerned about the score this tool gives you, please contact us or another relationship counselor for help.
